Clinical Teaching Behaviors）評価スケール（以下、ECTBとする）調査を行った。ETCB調査は得点が高いほど学生は効果的な指導を受けたと感じ、実習指導者は効果的な指導ができたと自己評価していることを意味しているため、分析は学生と実習指導者の比較、学生評価、実習指導者の自己評価の前年度との比較のため、記述統計およびt検定を行った。【結果】2018年と2019年のECTBの結果は、学生評価の平均（SD）比較では3.81（0.73）対4.09（0.58）と前年度より有意に高く（p<0.01）、実習指導者の評価は3.80（0.55）対3.92(0.52)と有意差はなかった。学生と実習指導者間の比較では4.09（0.58）対3.92（0.52）と学生評価が有意に高かった（p<0.05）。2019年の「学生への理解」は指導者評価が4.01（0.52）、学生評価が3.93（0.71）と2018年と違い2019年は有意差がなかった。【考察】「臨地実習指導における役割一覧」の周知徹底を行うと共に、教員と指導者間で学生の「自己の目標と振り返り」の共有を行ったことにより、指導者と教員の役割がより明確となり、ECTB調査において学生評価が高くなったと考えられる。今後は、教員と看護師間で情報共有をしながら役割分担を継続し、学習環境を整え学生の学習意欲の向上を促す指導体制の確立が必要である。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_15":{"attribute_name":"表示順","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"12","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_source_id_1":{"attribute_name":"雑誌書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12506589","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_text_6":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"千里金蘭大学　看護学部　看護学科"},{"subitem_text_value":"千里金蘭大学　看護学部　看護学科"},{"subitem_text_value":"四天王寺大学　看護学部　看護学科"},{"subitem_text_value":"宝塚大学　看護学部　看護学科"},{"subitem_text_value":"住友病院"},{"subitem_text_value":"住友病院"},{"subitem_text_value":"住友病院"},{"subitem_text_value":"住友病院"},{"subitem_text_value":"住友病院"}]},"item_3_title_3":{"attribute_name":"論文名よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"セイジンカンゴガク
