“揺さぶられる” 経験をしていた。次に,学び始めの頃の “曖昧さ” から “具体化” を経験し,『看護の理解が深まる』や『看護の多面性を知る』など≪自分自身で消化し意味づける:深化≫に移行していた。さらに,“自分が分かっていく” “看護が分かっていく” 経験から『看護師としての自己像の明確化』などの帰結であると共に次のステージに続く≪変化の始まり:変化≫へと移行する中で,自己の成長を自覚すると共に,今後の“課題”や自身への“期待”が表現されていた。学びの仕掛けである「闘病記を読む」「グループワーク」でのクラスメートとの意見交換に揺さぶられて自己と他者の違いを認め合い,曖昧だった様々な理解が,徐々に明確となり,深化へと進み,自己の変化を成長として捉え,自己課題や看護職者としての覚悟へと発展していく自身を言語化していた。この学びの様相は,Meleisのtransitionsの3つの階層に類似していた。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_15":{"attribute_name":"表示順","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"10","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_source_id_1":{"attribute_name":"雑誌書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12506589","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_text_6":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"千里金蘭大学
